My true labor of love. We spent 4 months, every day, following the students in DC Central Kitchen’s Culinary Training Program to tell the stories of 3 of the students. Between establishing trust of the staff, shooting, and some difficult post-production years this was really years in the making and I poured my heart and soul into this film.
