Client The Corcoran School of Art and Design I attended the Corcoran for two years (before transferring to The Maryland Institute College of Art for an insanely useful painting degree) so it was really exciting for me to have the opportunity to go back and film the old Flagg building. I also appreciate that the Corcoran allowed me a lot of freedom with graphics and animation with this piece.

The National Aquarium in Baltimore allowed me to come in before opening and film their jellyfish exhibit for this piece. It was meditative shooting nirvana until a whole busload of third graders came busting in and destroyed my bliss.

We took out the frame where the Fran Dresher stick figure looks under the blankets. Also, this song is TOO catchy.

Getzels Gordon

One of a series of animations for Getzel Gordon’s work for Caron drug and alcohol rehab facilities. Some of them are a bit more positive but we had freedom to really go dark on these.

I love when Barbara Valentino (Evolving Communications) asks me to make an open for one of the National Medals of Science and Technology shows that she produces. She actually gives me complete creative freedom and accepts the sometimes bizarre results. Most of the time.

A cooler take on an infographic. A catchy title for a very cool invention.

This started as an experiment with 3D shapes and evolved into a sort of flat modernist stylistic look. I was trying to complex and simple at the same time.
